Get on Board for Better Customer Service

In the continuing effort provide the staff with education and advancement, the partners at Eye Physicians and Surgeons were very supportive of having their Practice Administrator, Tom Corcoran attend the recent conference held by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) and the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA) in Los Angeles earlier this month. Over the course of the four day program,Tom was able to attend a number of sessions on ways to improve the office culture and efficiency

In fact, he was also a presenter at the conference in a session titled, "A Fresh Outlook on Managing a Multi-Specialty Practice", sharing insight with other office administrators on some of the changes we have made over the last four years.This has only been possible through the efforts of the entire organization.


Upon his return, a staff meeting was held to share some new ideas and some insight on how to continue our goal of improving on our customer service and creating an enjoyable environment for our staff.  In turn this will help us to achieve our goal which is to priovide our patients with the best care and experience possible.
